Starting in October, students in grades K-5 will use iReady for Homework. It is recommended that students complete 30-45 minutes for both Math and Reading and pass at least two lessons. Teachers will monitor student progress and assign lessons related to student needs. More information on this policy will be communicated shortly.
i-Ready is an online program used in the School District of Philadelphia for students in grades K–8. It combines an adaptive diagnostic assessment with individualized instruction to help teachers identify student needs, personalize learning, and monitor progress. The i-Ready Diagnostic adjusts questions based on a student’s performance to pinpoint strengths and weaknesses, generating a personalized lesson plan. The program offers engaging, grade-level materials in reading and mathematics, helping students build essential skills. Teachers use i-Ready data to make informed decisions and support student improvement.
