Back to School Night is an opportunity to visit the school and see where your child spends their days. It’s one of the best ways to build a strong home-school connection.  You will have the opportunity to meet the teacher and other parents.

Parents will sign in each classroom they visit by updating and signing their Contact Form.  The sessions are for parents and guardians only.  Children will not be permitted in the school.  Individual conferences will be held in November when parents and students will meet with teachers to discuss progress on the Report Cards.

Schedule for September 5th

4:40 pm The main doors on York Street will open.  Parents/Guardians will enter the building and be seated in the cafetorium.

5:00 pm Whole Group presentation with Principal Kimmel will begin.

5:15 pm Main entrance doors will close for the evening.  Please arrive on time.

5:25 pm Parents/Guardians will transition to the classrooms.

5:30 pm Session 1 will begin (Parents will visit their child’s classroom).

5:55 pm Session 1 ends (Parents with one child can visit with Specialists or leave for the evening).

6:00 pm Session 2 begins

6:30 pm Session 3 begins

6:55 pm Everyone will exit the building and have a good evening!

7:00 pm The Facilities team will begin securing the building for the evening.
